This luxurious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom, fully equipped Condo is located in the exclusive gated community of Windsor Palms, Kissimmee, approximately 3 miles from Walt Disney World.

Our condo is beautifully decorated throughout and located on the top floor of 3 (no elevator) meaning no disturbance from above. Recent refurbishment includes a wooden floor in lounge area and new carpets in all bedrooms (November 2019). It offers a spacious and comfortable vacation home that is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard including WiFi high speed internet, free long distance and international calling, 4 flat screen TVs (smart TV in lounge), DVD player and a Keurig coffee maker. A set of golf clubs are available for guests to use. A "pack and play" crib and fold up bed are stored in the condo for guest use. The condo contains a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Ample parking is available.

We have an excellent local 24/7 management company in place should there be any issues and cleaning arrangements are first class. A Welcome Pack is provided on arrival.

The Windsor Palms Resort offers superb facilities including: 24 hour security gated entrance; large heated swimming pool; children's splashpad; hot tub; tikki bar, clubhouse with coffee bar, games room, 3D cinema, gym, pool and table tennis tables, tennis courts, basketball court, sand volleyball court, children's play area, BBQ & picnic area and convenience store, all in delightful grounds.

We have a Management Company in place who take care of check-in, maintenance, cleaning and any additional needs. They also provide a welcome pack on arrival. An emergency contact number is provided in case of need.

“Good apartment in great location”

The apartment needed a few repairs such as blinds fixing. The single beds were small and uncomfortable but the large doubles were fine. Sofas are very cosy. Bathrooms are ok but could do with updating. It would have been nice to have a few essentials such as salt and pepper and sugar but no big deal. Good location.

How do damage deposits work?
