This Modern 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished condo. Located on the ground Fl of the Princesa Condominiums. We are ocean and beach front with a gorgeous view. Just a few yards from sand, sea, and pool. Full amenities of home. 50" TV with Sat and WIFI.

Awesome E107 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished condo. Located on the ground floor, ocean beach front, pretty much in front of the world on beautiful Sandy Beach! Just a few yards from sand, sea, and pool. For your convenience and enjoyment we offer reliable internet service, a large screen LCD (50") satellite TV featuring premium channels, and DVD player.

Master bedroom suite features a comfy queen foam bed Kitchen is equipped with all you need to enjoy home cooked meals. Once you get a glimpse of the amazing view you will simply fall in love with Awesome E107!

Please note our condo has one king bed, queen in guest bedroom, living room sofa (no sleeper). Please limit # of guests to no more than 5 or 6. Any guests that have more than 6 people in the condo will be asked to leave. No refunds will be possible. Also keep in mind, our community HOA policy prohibits pets. We apologize for the inconvenience.

A tan sólo unos metros de la arena, el mar, y la piscina. Para tu comodidad, ofrecemos servicio de Internet fiable, una gran pantalla LCD (50"), TV vía satélite con canales premium, y DVD. Tenemos colchones tamaño king en la habitación master e igual en el segundo dormitorio. A nuestros huespedes les gusta mucho eso! La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de comidas caseras. Una vez que veas la impresionante vista simplemente te vas a enamorar de E107!

We are currently planing a refresh of the place this coming winter including new flooring, bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, appliances as well as some work in the bedrooms. If Robert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
