Description

Villa Beige is a private,luxury, modern beach front estate, located on the hillside over looking the five island on the southwest coast of Koh Samui. This exclusive estate is set within a spectacular natural environment amid tropical palm trees and looks out toward the coastline, with stunning sunset views.

The modern villa has four double-bedroom with en-suite bathrooms, and is equipped with a host of luxurious feature and amenities, including: a private marble pool, a modern entertainment living room with a 50-inch plasma TV, stereo surround system, satellite TV, DVD and CD collection; a private spa, steam sauna, gym, private beach facilities, a fully-equipped office, and internet Wi-fi in all buildings. A resident staff of five is ready to serve you, including a professional chef and a security guard.

The furniture of Villa Beige is all designed by the owner and imported. The materials come from all over the world; most from Italy and France. The cream color furniture and the white marble floor provide a pleasing contrast to the brown ebony wood fittings.

The Mediterranean Design reflects the villa's lifestyle. Cote D'Azure flair combines with impeccable 5-star service and the natural, tropical and exotic surroundings. The rectilinear white architecture stands out dramatically from the green of the palm trees and offers spectacular views of the ocean.

The two king-size bedrooms, name Koh Si and Koh Angthong each comprise about 60 m2 and have a large terrace, each about 50 m2. One suite has an out door bathroom with shower and terrazzo bathtub. All floor-to-ceiling widows on one side of the room enjoy the same stunning view.

The two gueen-size bedrooms, named Koh Madsum and Koh Tan, each about 60 m2 and are equally equipped. They have en-suite marble bathrooms with large rain shower in Bisazza mosaic . An Audio system CD and i-pod docking station is also included. All floor-to ceiling windows on one side of the room enjoy the same stunning ocean view. One of the bedrooms is equipped for children and has its own LCD TV set DVD, CD player. Toys and games are available in the villa. All four bathrooms have WC and bidet, marble floors, terrazzo bathtubs, with incredible views over the five island, which give the rooms their names.

We require a security deposit to cover any potential damage (payable on site) which will be refunded to the guest after departure. The villa can only be booked exclusively for one party at a time. Daily breakfast and concierge service is included. Exclusive use of all the villa facilities is complimentary. There is a two-week minimum stay for booking during the Christmas season. A one-week minimum stay is required for the Prime season. Any booking requires a three-nights minimum stay.

An open space, large 6 meter-high floor-to-ceiling window faces the pool deck with an incredible ocean view. The furniture is of the highest style and quality, in beige and brown colors to enhance your comfortable feeling living, in the natural environment with amazing view. The entertainment center with 50-inch Palmas TV, stereo surround system, satellite TV, DVD, CD collection and iTune movie are available over the Apple TV, and music is available over the iPod with up to 10,000 songs. Individual ipod docks are also available in every room. The dining and coffee bar areas are suitable for 10 stats with a contemporary design. Our plates and cutlery is from our villabeige logo. Enjoy your meals with our extraordrinary in-villa dining from our professional chef, with both Thai and Western dishes.

Spa area: We invite you to take full advantage of your own private Spa, which is perched high on the palm filled cliff over looking the ocean. After your rejuvenation treatment, we welcome you to indulge in the Bisazza steam. The white rectilinear architecture is fully equipped professional gym which looks out toward the ocean.

Swimming Pool: Breathe in an astonishing view towards the beach from across your private travertine pool, sized 15mx3,5m with infinity edge.

Private Beach: On the shore, dive directly into the deep blue ocean at high tide or await the tide, when a private beach is revealed. Enjoy the garden BBQ area with 10 seats at an outdoor dinning table, with fresh seafood cooking on the charcoal grill.

Relax with a glass of Chardonnay and take in the incredible sunset on the Sunset Cocktail Lounge located on the outdoor roof terrace, with terrazzo benches and soft cushion seating.
