Dog friendly for fee. Rural residential subdivision has no through traffic (dead end) quiet & nice to take walks or bicycle rides. No streetlights so great for stargazing. Four public river access points near to drop inner tubes or kayaks for summer Little Deschutes River floats. Easy (level) to cross-country ski or snowshoe onsite. Spring/Summer/Fall street motorcycle rentals to experienced riders. Two outdoor decks upstairs with treetop views. Halfway between La Pine and Sunriver, access to Bend 25 minutes north. Convenient to golf, Newberry Monument, Mt. Bachelor and Crater Lake. Close to fine dining &/or groceries.

Response from the owner Thanks for the comments. Accommodating guests since 1994, our small lodging business is all about customizing your stay and keeping customers happy. If one needs anything, we live on the adjacent rural lot and can be there lickity split. Since January 2017, showers have been remodeled and no leaks (beautiful custom tile, see pics.) There is a downstairs bathroom available to everyone for group stays. All one needs to do is close their Fall/King Suite door to keep that room private. Tub is new since 2018 and works fine. Well water in the tub looks green because of high iron, but is clear, clean and fresh.
