Description

Private house for a couple or up to 6 people with cleaning lady who prepares lunch, pool, big garden in a beautiful private complex only 50 meters from the sea in the north of Mauritius.

Kenville is a semi- detached house which is part of a residential complex in BAIN-BOEUF in the north of the island, near GRAND-BAIE and 1h10 from the airport. The buildings are situated in 8400 square meters of a carefully maintained beautiful tropical garden to which the properties have direct access from their ground floor terrace. There is a first class swimming pool with overflow.

The house is situated immediately in front of the swimming pool. The complex is only 50 meters from the sea across the coastal road. From there you can walk on white sandy beaches to PEREYBERE or further north to CAP MALHEUREUX. There is a bus station in front of the complex. It takes 8 minutes to reach GRAND-BAIE and its shopping malls, water-sport facilities, banks, restaurants, casino and discotheques. At 1 P.M fresh fish can usually be purchased on the beach in front of Kenville and at 4.30 P.M when the fishing boats return to shore there is a lively fish market in GRAND-BAIE.

The house's superficie is 130 square meters.

Ground Floor: – well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living/dining room, terrace leading to the garden, barbecue Weber , washing machine, Parking.

First Floor: – 1 bedroom facing the mountains with twin beds, A/C. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed facing the swimming pool, A/C, terrace. 1 bathroom with shower and W.C. Twin beds can be joined together as single beds.

Second Floor: – 1 bedroom facing the garden with one double bed, A/C and balcony. 1 en suite bathroom with shower and W / C. 1 terrace.

The housekeeper works from Monday to Saturday 9.30 a.m to 13.30 p.m.. She attends to the house and guest laundry and to the house cleaning. She can prepare lunch during those times and is available to accompany you and assist you in buying your groceries and local fruits and vegetables. She will prepare your lunch (OR dinner in advance for a supplement). She does not work on public holidays. Her services are included in the price. As a token of your appreciation a discretionary gratuity to the maid would be welcomed on departure.

ADSL Internet is free. Bring your own laptop.

Not far from Kenville you will find a diving-centre. Water sports facilities such as windsurfing, water-skiing, deep-sea fishing and parasailing, are easily available in GRAND-BAIE. Tennis is also available: 7 courts are accessible day / evenings at TENNIS-DU-NORD in LABOURDONNAIS less than 25 minutes away.

How do damage deposits work?
