We are located at the southern end of the park of nature "southern Velebit" in Zadar County, near the towns of: Obrovac, Benkovac Zadar.Tu is a blend of Mediterranean climate with mountainous climate and the climate is pleasant throughout the season. Besides swimming and sunbathing on the beach Karin must you deal with cycling, fast walking, hiking (Paklenica), rafting and canoeing (Zrmanj), visiting the historical heritage, which is rich in scenery.

The apartment is located in the upper floor of the house of 60 m2 (two bedroom fully furnished apartment with 6 beds), a spacious terrace overlooking the Karin waters, separate entrance, 2 parking spaces in the yard.

The apartment is located 200 meters from the beach, the same distance to shops and restaurants which are few.

Nalazimo se na južnom kraju parka prirode " južni Velebit ", u zadarskoj županiji , blizina gradova: Obrovac, Benkovac, Zadar.Tu je spoj blage mediteranske klime sa gorskom klimom te je klima ugodna tokom sezone. Osim kupanja i sunčanja na plaži karinskog mora možete se baviti bicikliranjem ,brzim hodanjem, planinarenjem (Paklenica), raftingom i kanuingom (Zrmanja), obilaskom povijesne baštine kojom je krajolik prebogat.

Apartman se nalazi u gornjoj etaži obiteljske kuće veličine 60 m2 (dvosoban kompletno uređen stan sa 6 ležaja) , velikom terasom s pogledom na karinski akvatorij , zasebnim ulazom,2 parkirna mjesta u dvorištu objekta.

Apartman je udaljen od plaže 200 metara, isto toliko do trgovine i restorana kojih je nekoliko.
