This Vallarta vacation rental by owner is our private 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium home and is available for your next holiday. Located in the Old Town (zona romantica) of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Secure and staffed 24-hours at the front desk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our building has a beautiful rooftop pool and rooftop terrace, and the beachfront restaurant, La Palapa, is one of the best restaurants in PV. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from your 2nd floor living room balcony/terrace or master bedroom windows. Walk down the stairs and you are on the beach (La Playa dos Muertos.) Perfect location to walk to shops or restaurants in Old Town. Great for families or couples. Come and enjoy all Vallarta has to offer.Our condo sleeps 4 comfortably with 2 king beds (one converts to 2 twins), air conditioning (A/C) in all rooms, maid service every day, except Sunday and holidays, WI-FI, Flat screen TVs in master and living room, cable, blu-ray and regular DVD players, ihome, full kitchen, full linens and towels, beach towels, coolers, sun umbrella, boogie boards, assorted beach and pool toys, indoor and outdoor dining, great night time atmosphere, and all the amenities. No pets, no smoking, please.

Response from the owner Thank you so much for your comments. When I am there, admittedly only a couple times a year, I try to stock travel size shampoo and conditioner, and dish soap. There was a decision many years back to only stock bath soap as an amenity for the entire complex, so the amenities you mention I can only supply when (and shortly after) I am there. I do apologize for any inconvenience. There is no on-site ‘manager’ for those items, the cost savings which is passed on in the pricing. I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay and would love to have you back.

I can't disagree, we have yet to remodel, but are planning it for 2022. For now, the price reflects this, as the condos in the building that have been remodeled are a good $150-$250/night more. In addition, the photos are accurate. It sounds like you were able to look past that issue and enjoy the rest of the condo and PV. thank you for your stay!
