Description
The apartment has two living rooms, kitchen with all appliances
( dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender...), dining area, two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom for one person, bathroom with shower and bathroom with Jacuzzi (guests have access to towels, shampoos, baths, hairdryer...) Also in the living room there is a sofa bed where two people can sleep. There is wi-fi, digital TV, washing machines, clothes dryers and security alarm.
Guests always have warm water, and there are also heating thermostat that can be adapted to their needs.
Check in can not be before 14.00. Check out before 10.00. Arriving and leaving can be flexible when it is possible.
1. ATTENTION regarding smoking inside the apartment strictly prohibited. Please use the balcony or the garden to go for a smoke. Thank you for your understanding!
2. IMPORTANT : I'm obligated as host to register my guests and finish all the legal procedure. I kindly ask my guests to hand in their documents ( passport or ID or copy of their documents ) for registration upon arrival.
