A security system on premises.
60" TV in living area, and additional TVs in each bedroom and hi speed wifi.Also a wifi printer for printing your boarding passes.

LOCAL AND LONG DISTANCE INCLUDED (U.S.A and Canada)

No large groups/parties or events without prior consent from owners.
Pool heat $35 per day (mjnimum 4 days)
Please be sure to clean bbq before departure or there will be a $25 fee for leaving barbecue dirty.
One roll of toilet paper per bathroom is provided upon guest arrival. Toiletries, dish detergent, laundry detergent is the responsibility of the guest.
*Please keep doors closed as much as possible as you do not want unwanted guest like (lizards,beetles,spiders or snakes).
The house is 15 to 20 minute drive to The Disney Parks all interstate driving.Free local and long distance calling in Canada and USA.
The villa is located close to multiple golf courses including a national golf course designed by Greg Norman 10 minutes away in Champions Gate Resort.Most courses are within 5 to 20 minutes away.
All amenities including restaurants groceries,liquor and beer, also shopping and movie theatres are within a 5 to 10 minutes.

“Our 2nd Visit, excellent”
This was our second visit to the villa, so that probably says it all! Great location for all local amenities, and whilst i4 was busy and slow most days, it’s still only a 30minute drive to outlet shops. We also went to Tampa and St Petes beach for a day (really worth a visit), and was an hour and 25mins, so again fairly close. Mark was really helpful when booking and responds quickly, we also were needing a later checkout due to flight times, and Mark and Marisa accommodated this with ease and arrangements were sorted quickly.

“Disney and Universal Visit”
We really enjoyed staying at the property, it was really well equipped and comfortable and the games room was nice when you wanted to have a quiet day, we enjoyed the pool and the patio area. This was our second villa rental in Orlando and preferred this villa to the previous one we had. There are various games and activities to occupy you should you be caught out by any stormy weather.
