Description
Casablanca 23-Beautiful self catering Villa in wonderful Nerja. This Villa has a fabulous community Pool and is ideal family accommodation for up to 4 persons at an affordable price. This holiday Villa is within 600 meteres from Playazo beach and within walking distance of all the lovely beaches that Nerja has on offer. Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.
The climate in Nerja is wonderful on average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.
A very well appointed and comfortable villa on the small urbanisation of Casablanca that lies some 2 kms to the west of Nerja town.
The villa has two bedrooms on separate levels: the master bedroom with it’s own bathroom with bath, shower and bidet and a lovely terrace and on the lower floor, a bedroom with two single beds. This bedroom is immediately next to the similarly equipped second bathroom.
The kitchen, which has been recently refurbished, is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob top, eye-level electric oven/grill, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine.
The sitting room, in which there is a very comfortable sofa, leads onto a large south-facing terrace where there is a barbecue. With the roof terrace, from which a 360-degree panoramic view of the sea and the mountains can be obtained and the south-facing terrace leading from the master bedroom, guests can make the most of the sun throughout the day.
The beautiful community pool is reserved for the exclusive use of the residents of the small community and therefore never crowded and is a short walk from the front door of the villa.
The villa is approximately 5 minutes walk from the beach where there are restaurants and water sports. The beach is illuminated at night and is popular walk into Nerja town. There is an excellent bus service to and from the town and taxis are always available.
All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and the villa is equipped with a television that receives ‘Sky’ and other channels, and a wood burning stove for the cooler evenings in the winter months. An iron and ironing board is also provided. Car hire, scooter hire and airport pickup can be arranged.
The villa is 600mtrs from Playa Playazo which it overlooks, from where you can go for a stroll and discover a number of chiringuitos and sample the delights of spanish cuisine and the wonderful, but yet inexpensive, local vino. Playa Playazo links directly to the beautiful Playa Torrecilla and Nerja town. This is a beautiful 20 minute stroll along the waters edge whilst soaking up the fantastic Costa Del Sol sun.
Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, shops and the world famous Balcon De Europe
