This loft has been nicely decorated and offers all the amenities you will need for a comfortable cozy stay. It offers a full kitchen, dining room, wine cooler. Stackable washer and dryer are available for your convenience. The views of the city and Bay are beautiful!

Below is a shopper's paradise. There are many art galleries, apparel shops, and wares of all types! Enjoy the daily entertainment on the Malecon and feast at one of the many restaurants. You will find casual to elegant dining. Outdoor food markets offering abundant fresh produce are plentiful.

From the condo you can watch the whales jump and play during whale season. Each evening fireworks are set off from the Bay area in front of the condo. The famous Malecon Promenade and beach are only 0.5 km away. Elegant, beautifully illuminated cruise ships arrive early each morning and depart each evening.

Enjoy a swim in the beautiful pool. Relax and enjoy a margarita poolside as the sights and sounds of the evening festivities surround you.

You are within walking distance of the activities mentioned, you will also find taxi's readily available and for a cost of about $4.00 USD. There is designated parking and an elevator in the building.

How do damage deposits work?
