Villa Tres Palmas, first level unit, sits high on a hillside in the beach neighborhood of Bravos de Boston. Relax amid the tropical greenery surrounding this new first floor unit. The views from this lofty perch are of the sea and the island of Culebra in the distance. Located on about an acre of property, on a cul de sac with only a few other houses, Tres Palmas offers the perfect blend of privacy and accessibility. A lovely beach is a few short blocks away, downtown Isabel II is a 10 minute walk or a few minutes by car, and the Wildlife Refuge is 10 minutes by car.

Tres Palmas is well furnished with an elegant island vibe. The light filled Great Room opens onto the patio through two sets of French doors. The kitchen is well equipped for the serious cook as well as the amateur bartender. All furnishings are new, beds have premium pillow top mattresses, baths are ceramic tiled and all of the comforts of home have been included for your vacation pleasure.
