Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the “OnThree20” complex offers Resort-Style living. Located on the 22 d floor with spectacular city views. Enjoy these views from your private balcony or from one of the luxuriously furnished rooms. All furniture & finishing's are local and handmade to give you a very warm traditional yet modern feel. The apartment was designed for the high-end traveler who wants the comforts of home during their stay.

One king bed in the master bed room and two single beds in the second room.

Folding bed and baby cot available on request

6 seater dining table and sofa set in the living area. Kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burner gas/electricity cooker, oven,kettle,toster,rice cooker and many more.

Rent includes water, gas Cable TV and internet WIFI unlimited. You have free access to pool and gym.

Electricity in excess of 15 units per day is charged separately on meter at government rate.

Rooms and living area separately air-conditioned. Hot water in both bath rooms and kitchen.

Centrally located in the heart of Colombo, “OnThree20” is just minutes away from the main tourist attractions, business & commercial hub, restaurants. 5 minutes walking to Town Hall and ODEL supercenter.

If Piyasiri (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
