Description

Our apartment house Lucia is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, close to the center of the old town Biograd yust a short walking distance to the beach,marina, waterfront, tenis court, many scenic cafés, good restaurants and everything you can need during your hollidays.

The apartments size is 40 m2 + 30m2 terrace, which is the best place for morning coffee or evening relaxation, and they are equipped according to modern standards and can very comfortably host 2-4 persons. Living room combined with kitchen and dining room (the living room can easily be turned into a single or double bedroom) and separate double bed bedroom. Kitchen is fully fitted. There is a bathroom with toilet. Apartment A2+2B with a large terrace of 30m2 which is very comfortable living space in the summer season, The apartment have free WIFI internet, satellite TV and air conditioning. Covered parking and barbecue in the backyard additional rise comfort of your room. The price includes bed linen, bathroom towels, cleaning and all taxes, so there is no additional cost. For stays longer of 3 weeks ask us for the discount, we will be happy to do discount depending the season and how long is your stay.

We can organize your transfer from airports Zadar or Split, as well as your car hire. Local buses run regularly between Zadar and Biograd, and there are always local taxis available - fair from Zadar airport to Biograd.

Railway station in Zadar is next to the bus station. International bus lines are also arriving to Zadar. International ferry lines are arriving from Italy to the ferry port in Zadar.

Excellent newly renoveted appartments that are close to both beach and the city center. Even thoguh it is close to everything, surrounding is actually quite. Boris is also a proffesional abd pleasant… More
