Riad Dezayn is an old and traditional fassi house located in the heart of the medina. It welcomes you in order to make your stay unforgettable and discover the morrocan's way of life.
Our guesthouse is ideally located in the Medina, along Talaa Kbira, 5 minutes walk from Bab Boujloud, near the main remarkable sites such as Quaraouyine Mosque, Medersa Bouanania, Attarine, Nejarine place, Moulay Idriss…)

Riad Dezayn offers three confortable rooms and suites decorated in a traditional style and proposes to take rest from our two quiet terraces with panoramic views over the medina.
Two rooms overlook the patio, the third, a large suite with living room, overlooking the terrace with a magnificent view over the Medina, the hills and the tumbs of the Merinids.
Our house fully renaovated in 2011 has modern amenities, comfortable beds, private bathroom, A / C for summer and winter, snuggly duvets to make your stay unforgettable.
In the lounge, in the patio or on the terrace, you can relax while sipping a mint tea. You can also have your breakfast or dinner being overwhelmed by the magic of the call to prayer.

We will welcome you upon your arrival at Fez also thank you to tell us your arrival time.
Transportation by taxi or minibus, sightseeing tours and dinners can be arranged on request.
Dezayn Riad is a traditional Moroccan house with steep stairs unsuitable for young children and people with walking difficulties and disabilities.
Our staff speaks English, French and Arabic, it is at your disposal to make you feel all the warmth of traditional Moroccan hospitality and make you feel at home.

How do damage deposits work?
