Description

Self catering house built in an Alpine style and sits in its own plot with driveway and parking space in the Gorski Kotar Region of Croatia set in beautiful countryside and only 40 minutes to the beach.

The bedrooms have large double beds and all linen provided. Two of the bedrooms have access to the balcony and wonderful views.

The property has oil fired central heating as well as a log burning stove great for snowy Christmas and New Year holidays.

There is private off road parking and a short walk takes you to a local bar, shop and boules court which is a great way to meet the locals who are always happy to let you have a go at the game.

Not as well known and therefore not as touristy as its famous coasts, this stunning region of Croatia is the perfect place to explore on a self catered holiday. With a host of activities from walking, cycling, horse riding, mountaineering, fishing for world record breaking trout (25kg), swimming, hiking up in the mountains, or skiing down them, to watching motor racing at the Automotodrom Grobnik or simply trying the local food made to traditional recipes of the area and wine.

This area of Croatia is rich in natural sites and three of Croatia's eight Nature parks are located in this region, the Plitvice Lakes, Northern Velebit and Risnjak. There are beautiful walks and other features of interest such as caves and chapels and with easy access to the beautiful Adriatic coastline this is a great base to explore all that Croatia has to offer.

How do damage deposits work?

If Linda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
