We welcome guests to our excellent value holiday home in the Oasis de La Cala apartment complex, an ideal home from home with something for all the family. An all year round holiday choice for anyone looking for an escape to the sun.
This is a South Facing second floor apartment overlooking grassland and sea views in the popular complex of Oasis de La Cala, in the resort of La Cala de Mijas Mijas Costa Malaga.
The community has landscaped Mediterranean Gardens with 2 swimming pools and showers toilets and baby changing facilities by the pools. There are also sunbeds and sun shades.
Offering maximum security the complex is a gated development with a security camera system as well as an additional security guard who patrols the community to maximize your security.
There is an underground parking and a lift to each floor.
The community of Oasis de La Cala is located between Torrenueva and La Cala de Mijas with easy walking distance to the Village of La Cala de Mijas and the beach, as well as supermarkets, Restaurants and Bars. Taxi and bus services are only a short walk away. On Wednesdays and Saturdays there is a local market only 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. Additionally the last week of July there is the La Cala Summer Fair as well as various other events held throughout the summer.
The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, (one ensuite), fully furnished kitchen, living/dining room leading to south facing terrace with sofa seating and outside dining area as well as electric BBQ. There is central air-conditioning/heating. The apartment is modern and contemporary in design.
Although there are 2 bedrooms, there is also a sofa bed ensuring the capacity to sleep 6 persons.
