TAHKO HILLS Cottage Settlement

The Tahko Hills Cottage Settlement is situated on the shore of the picturesque Syväri lake, 800 m from skiing slopes. In immediate proximity to the cottages there are SPA centre, golf-club, and restaurants.

The entire complex has a consistent "Scandinavian" style, ten cottages of five-star level and 5 grill-houses have been built in the area. There is a children's ground in the centre of the settlement. All cottages have their own individual driveway. From each house a gorgeous view of the lake is opened.

All cottages are two-storeyed, with 4 bedrooms in each, their area is 139 sq. m and 160 sq. m, all having been designed for comfortable accommodation of 8 to10 persons in a house.

Rooms of the ground floor: corridor, technical room, bedroom, toilet, large room with two showers, sauna, recreation area and a separate exit to a terrace; living-room with a wood fireplace, recreation area and with a separate exit to the terrace, kitchen with a dining area.

Rooms of the first floor: hall, three bedrooms (one bedroom with a balcony), and two toilets.

Equipment of the cottage:

Household implements: laundry drier and washer, drying cabinet, water-heater, iron, ironing-board, implements for cleaning of the cottage (mops and pails), hair-drier.

Kitchen appliances: refrigerator with a freezer, dishwashing machine, in-built microwave oven, kettle, coffee-maker, toaster, cooking range, oven, range hood, cooking and serving utensils.

Multimedia: TV set, DVD player, and audio system.

Furniture:

Corridor: built-in wardrobe.

Bedrooms: wardrobe, double bed (two single beds in one of the first floor-bedrooms), bedside-tables, mirror.

Living-room: sofa, padded stool, carpet, TV set pedestal;

Kitchen: kitchen furniture set, dining table, chairs.

The cottage is equipped with a floor heating system, an air-conditioning system, and the NTV+ system (telecasting of Russian channels), Internet.

Service:

Clients of the cottages are provided with sets of bed linen, sets of towels, toilet accessories (liquid soap in containers in the toilets, toilet paper), dishwashing and laundry detergents.

“A Beautiful and clean cottage with great views”

The house was perfect; large rooms, well equipped, clean. Sauna was amazing. The grill house was adorable. The accommodations over all were superb! The only thing that I would like to see; more livin… More
