It was a rare and unfortunate event that one of the neighbor's guests dumped trash improperly using our trash cans that caused inconvenience to these guests. “Exceeded Expectations”
We just got back (May 2013) from a stay at Emerald Magic 6 bedroom villa at Emerald Island Resorts and had a wonderful stay. The house was even better then expected when we arrived. Nice welcoming touches everywhere. Lots of towels, some pool toys, even a blender for smoothies. The owner sent lots of excellent directions via e-mail that were really helpful especially his hot tips. Management company was very responsive while we were there and owner always got back to us promptly if we had any questions. Good location close to Disney and lots of shopping at hand. Lovely club house with lots of activities and nice pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Give this a 10/10
