Rural accommodation for exclusive use. Located in the historical center of Tejeda (small nucleus of 400 inhabitants) at 50m. of the church, peaceful area and splendid scenery. This centenary building, renovated and refurbished, has retained its original style and restored traditional furniture. It is an independent part of a large house in the Canary Islands where it performed agricultural housing and almond deposit functions. The house is developed in two levels of height: First level: hall, bedroom (double with cradle), bathroom; Second level: living room, bedroom (double) kitchen, porch, terrace, laundry room, solarium. It also has heating by heat pump and Internet / free wifi.

Response from the owner Buenos díasSr/Sra Lamentamos que el clima, de Tejeda, no le haya acompañado en su estancia, y que usted creyera, que iba a estar en la costa, y no en un pueblo de alta montaña, en Gran Canaria.Tambien en lo que se refiere, a la reforma del baño, decirle, que el único incoveniente, que usted tuvo, fue que el dispositivo de la cisterna del water, se salió de su sitio, lo que fue rapidadmente solucionado, por el personal de la casa. “Very nice house with great views”
The house is very clean and well kept. It has everything you need, all small details, including wifi. The view from the terrace is great, facing the mountain ridge. The location is in the middle of the village, but on a quiet street.

“Beautiful country house in lovely village with great views”
We stayed for one week over Xmas, the house was just as advertised, it was very cold when we arrived and it took a couple of days for the heaters to bring the house to a comfortable temperature. This was partly because of the very high ceilings in the downstairs rooms. The house had a large terrace with super views and patio furniture, and although there was no sun on the terrace at the time of year we were there it would be great in the summer. The house was kitted out and decorated very well with some lovely christmas touches for our visit. The washing machine and tumble drier came in handy. There was no parking beside the house but plenty in the village. Lovely village with small spar supermarket, a great bakery and a handful of restaurants. I would recommend both the house and Tejeda and would certainly stay there again on our next visit to Gran Canaria.
