MODERN, COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS WITH A SPECTACULAR VIEW OF THE SEA! At Spondylus Beach House you will find all the comfort and entertainment for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. The house is located in an exclusive condominium in Los Organos just 10 minutes from Mancora, the condominium has a large swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for children, has a club house and 24x7 security. - The nearest airport is Talara (50 min by car), then Piura or Tumbes (2.5 hours) - It has an area 500 meters of land and 300 square meters of construction, it is very spacious and comfortable. - 5 rooms and up to 14 people: 2 double rooms, 2 quadruple rooms, 1 double room service. All rooms have their own bathroom and closets. - The double rooms have air conditioning. - The social area is on the second floor and the ocean view is spectacular: full equipped kitchen, TV room, living room, terrace, dining room and BBQ area. - The beach is very close walking from the house. - Services: WIFI internet, cable TV, bluray and movies, hot water, bath towels, bed linen, washing machine. - One person is included for daily cleaning and a cook as well, the work schedule of the staff is from 8 am until 4:30 pm.
