Description

This privately owned villa, Villa Margareta, is one of four villas (Ad Astra Villas) sharing 1.5 acres of land by the sea in Wadduwa, 35 km south of Colombo. The property includes a 16 meter swimming pool, a clay tennis court, staff and guard houses. The villa has direct access to the beach with the seawater always maintaining 27 degrees Celsius and from which the chef is offered fresh fish and seafood. Our chef will prepare any food at your request and you pay only for the ingredients.

The famous Siddhalepa Ayurveda hotel is our closest neighbour, where ayurveda treatment can be booked.

Sleeps 6 + cot. 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Transportation with driver can be arranged by van, jeep, car or 3-wheeler, as you request.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Olof (the owner) a message.

If Olof (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
