First floor (above ground level) of Parkwest Apartments on Layards Road (at the corner of Elibank Road) Colombo 5. Condo facilities include 2 lifts, gym, roof-top entertainment area, reserved car park and 24 Hr. security. Walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants. TV, Internet, 8 seater dining table.

Can accommodate 4 and possibly 2 additional occupants on futon in family room.
