This one bedroom villa is located in Community 18, a suburb of Baastonaa, off the Spintex Road. The lay out was carefully designed to provide maximum security and privacy. This villa features one large en-suite bedroom, with a king size bed, with a toilet and a bath room.

All rooms have flat screen television sets, ceiling fans,d a well decorated spacious living room This villa is suitable for a couple. Villa 2 shares the same premises with villa 1

All rooms are exquisitely designed with beautiful ceramic floor tiles. The villa is fully air conditioned.It features fully equipped kitchen including microwave, cooking ultensils, plates washing machine etc.

Available at the Villa is a Broadband Wireless internet (WI-FI)s that can be used with your own Laptop.Guests using their own Laptop, there is a daily charge of $5 for unlimited use of the internet. Alternatively you may use the Desktop at the villa for a daily charge of $8. Specify in writing if you require INTERNET access.

Sun control reflective glazing windows designed to reduce heat transmission through the window pane. Although the villa is fully air conditioned this may have dramatic impact in regards to the comfort of the guest. If you are looking for a house with personality and eye appeal you've got it.It's in close proximity to the Airport, Tema and Accra.

Also yours to enjoy is a Classy designed Above Ground Escapade swimming pool. A great way to relax and have lots of fun during your perfect get-away vacation.

There is a backup generator to ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity, as well as 3000 to 4000 gallons back up water reservoir.
While we do everything to make our customers comfortable during power outages by providing backup generators, the guest/guests will be responsible to fill up the generator with fuel when the power goes out. The generator will come with a full tank of fuel upon check in. Thereafter it will be the guest/guests prerogative to fill the generator up with fuel as he/she requires.
We provide 24 HR. security.

Daily maid cleaning services are povided. A chef is also available for $20.00 per day.
