This modern, clean, comfortable and spacious apartment located on the third floor boasts the city of Colombo skyline through its many windows. The sea breeze runs through the apartment's well-designed cross ventilation providing a natural and a continuous cooling system. The apartment is accessed by Elevator or Stairs.

This apartment can occupy up to 6 occupants. Portable bedding is available for another occupant.

Getting around

The best way to get around in Colombo is via Tuk-Tuk. From our apartment it is very easy to hail a Tuk-Tuk. Our security will assist you to hail a tuktukk at your request. Colombo also has Nano taxi service and Pick-me -up which is the local Uber system. Be free to go through our information folder which will help you in resourcing the local area facilities.

Interaction with guest

The apartment is self-check-in. Depending on the time of arrival we can organise the keys either to be handed over to you or to be collected at the gate (i.e Security Post). Please feel free to use the tea/coffee/milk and water provided for you at your arrival. During your stay, we encourage you to visit the recently renovated rooftop which will no doubt enthral you with its beautiful views of the ocean, the city and the cool breeze. An ideal place to visit, especially during dusk.

Safe and clean place to stay in Colombo. Nice rooftop was there. Upili and Indira were helpful and friendly ,all the Supermarkets and Dining places were close.
