Exclusive 2 bedroom penthouse apartment set in lush tropical gardens with swimming pools, trickling streams, waterfalls and beautiful walks - a haven for all the family. Within minutes from the long sunny beach of Vera Playa with all its amenities - restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops. It is just 60 mins from Almeria Airport. The apartment is fully equipped to a very high standard with all modern amenities including TV picking up English & Spanish channels and free wifi. The large double length south facing terrace gives spectacular views of the gardens, sea and mountains with the white village of Mojacar in the distance. The sun shines all day on the balcony and affords amazing sunsets across the mountains at dusk. As well as the excellent beaches, there are many interesting places to visit nearby such as Mojacar Playa, Mojacar Pueblo and the towns of Garrucha and Vera.

El lugar es muy bonito con unos jardines presioso y muy tranquilo pero el apartamento falto de utensilios de cocina y los colchones muy viejos,pueden mejorarlo y seria perfecto.

Response from the owner Nos complace saber que le gustó nuestro apartamento y los jardines circundantes, que eran muy tranquilos. Nos sorprende escuchar que encontró un apartamento que carece de utensilios de cocina, ya que lo consideramos bien provisto de estos. Hay una selección de vajilla (platos, cuencos, tazas y platillos, tazas y vasos) y cubiertos y utensilios de cocina como cacerolas, sartenes, platos Pyrex y vaporera. También hay colgando cerca del horno varias cucharas grandes para servir, rallador de queso, tamiz, etc. También hay una tostadora, hervidor eléctrico, cafetera y cocina de microondas, además, por supuesto, el horno eléctrico y la placa. Si hemos pasado por alto algo, háganoslo saber y se lo proporcionaremos. Podemos suministrar un inventario completo que se actualiza periódicamente. Los colchones tienen algunos años, pero solo se usan durante unas pocas semanas cada año y todavía están en bastante buenas condiciones. Agregamos un nuevo adorno a la cama doble principal en septiembre pasado. Los inspeccionaremos cuando salgamos en septiembre y los reemplazaremos si es necesario.

We are very pleased to hear that you considered the apartment well located and very comfortable and that you found the air conditioning very good during the hot weather during your stay. We are sorry to hear that you were upset about having to pay 60€ for cleaning. We do say in the advert on the website that there is a charge of 60€ for cleaning to be paid direct to our local agent/cleaner on arrival.
