We, the owners of the lot 90 Hacienda and Casita, take the COVID 19 pandemic very seriously. For your safety and peace of mind we are taking precautionary hygiene measures disinfecting each of our homes thoroughly by skilled cleaning people who use products and protocols endorsed by the WHO.

TALK ABOUT SAFE:

With only about 30 homes in Santo Tomas and normally under 10 occupied on a regular basis and... being 16 miles to the south and 6 miles to the north with no other homes this is like a private beach.

Las Dunas at Santo Tomas is a collection of about 30 quality homes in a Gate Guarded private beachfront community. Miles and miles of what appear to be "Private Beaches" are right at your doorstep. Security guards are 1st class and very helpful. So nice to avoid the hassle of the crowded beaches in Rocky Point. This is heaven for couples, families and little kids. Want to kayak or paddle board with the dolfins? Yes you can and all of the equipment use is free to use when you vacation in this home. New item: Mamacitas Restaurant is now open and located on site with great meals at really affordable pricing.
