A two bedroom with a loft, two bath multi-level townhouse located at the Village of Loon Resort across the Kancamagus By-way from Loon Mountain ski area. Enter to the foyer. Off to the right of the foyer are a full bathroom and a bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and air conditioning. On the level below the entry foyer is the primary bedroom suite with king size bed, TV/DVD and private bath. Also on this level is the laundry closet with side by side washer and dryer. Additionally you can access the small back yard space from this level. The level above the entry foyer hosts the kitchen as well as the living/dining area and back deck access. Enjoy the large flat screen TV, air conditioning and gas fireplace also on this level. The upper-most level of this townhouse offers a small sitting space as well as a sleeping loft accessed by ladder-type steps.
Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis, and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room, and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment.

Response from the manager Thank you for mentioning the bed and mustiness issue. We have been able to resolve the issue with the dehumidifier that was installed in that master bedroom, and have forwarded your comment on to the homeowner about the foyer level bed.
