4 Bedroom/2 Bath Luxury Villa with Heated Pool

Stay in touch with your friends and family compliments of the homeowner with Unlimited FREE Domestic and International Long Distance and FREE WI-FI as well as an onsite computer.

This is a beautifully furnished 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home in the prestigious Westridge Community. The family room has a 52" HD TV with DVD / VCR and CD Player. The bedrooms consist of 1 King Master with TV / DVD, 1 Queen Master with TV / DVD and 2 Twin Bedrooms with Cable TV. You also have a Formal Dining Room that seats 6. There is a large pool deck with a swimming pool and lanai. Our night time swimming is accented by the LCD lighting in the pool.

The owner is very interactive with his customers. You will receive a Welcome Packet with all of the key codes to get into the villa as well as directions and things to do around the neighborhood. Kris will also touch base with you when you arrive to insure everything is as you expected. He is available via cell, text, website and email. We also have a local management company within 5 minutes of the villa to assist with any issues that could occur.

This rental home was absolutely perfect! The Disney parks were only a short drive away. The home had everything we needed and more. The gameroom was a huge plus! The price was much more affordable than staying at any Disney Resort. We will definitely stay here again.

The house is very spacious, and was perfect for our family (3 small kids). The kids especially liked the mickey room :) The owner (Kris) has helped us out a lot, giving tips, a very clear 'manual' for the house... After a few days the pool heat broke, and after contacting Kris, it was fixed the very next morning. The house is located in a very nice neighbourhood, pretty close to all the parks and close to a lot of stores (Walmart, Publix,) and restaurants (Cracker Barrel, Olive Garden, Fridays, ...)

This was our fourth visit to Florida and our sixth vacation villa that we had stayed in.The owner Chris was very competent and answered all of our queries fast and efficiently including the Problem we had during our stay. The house is as described however the 15 years are starting to show especially the kitchen Units however there have been many improvements carried out. The games room was very enjoyable. The only real dissapointment was the cleanliness on arrival, the rooms had been hoovered but there was a fine layer of dust on all surfaces and the Windows looked like they had not been cleaned for some time ( Internally ) Also the cutlery and glasses had to be cleaned again before use.If the cleaning Company was changed I would recommend this house to anybody requiring good access to the Orlando attractions.

“Annual summer getaway”

We loved this place. We stayed for almost five weeks and needed nothing. it was close to the parks, grocery store, Wal Mart, outlet malls, golf, Universal and Sea World are only 40 minutes away and the beach an hour.The house was spacious,the games room entertained daily, especially on those rainy hours!all the comforts of home are available to you in the house.The pool was a great hit and well used, sometimes 8 - 10 hours in a day! With three young children, it is a must when looking for a home and this one had it and lots of space within the lanai to relax as well. loved the pool light at night. It gave it a very romantic feel for when the kids were in bed and the parents could just sit by the pool and spend time together.Any issues (however small or big) were taken care of promptly. For longer stays, maybe the sheets could be a bit more comfortable(in the master) and maybe two sets in order to change them up without having to change and make with the same set of sheets. Lots of towels!!! Loved that. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting the Orlando area, whether it was for a week or an extended stay. i am planning on returning in two years and hope to rent the same house for an extended stay again.

Our family had a wonderful experience using the villa. I have young kids and they enjoyed the pool a lot. It was a nice way to unwind from a busy day at the parks. My wife and I enjoyed the game room. It was fun to put the kids to bed and take the evening and play pool without the having to drive to a pool hall to do so. My son enjoyed the air hockey table immensely.

We stayed here while on a vacation to Disney World. There was plenty of room in the house, we didn't even use one of the bedrooms. My kids loved the pool, which is screened in and heated. This was a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The wifi and cable tv worked very well. It is very conveniently located; not far from WalMart and grocery stores and not far at all from Disney World. This gave us a nice relaxed night after spending the day at the park. My kids (4 & 6) loved the Disney themed bedroom! The service was second to none. We had our own access code to get into the house before we arrived and there were no issues with that. That was very convenient as we arrived late at night and did not have to call anyone or check in with anyone. One night the temps in Orlando dropped to 36 degrees while we were there. We did not know that and thought the pool was a little cool the next morning. I called about the heater in the pool and the pool guy was there within an hour to check it. The heat was on and just needed a little more time to heat up because of the outside temps. Other than that we had no reason to call for any service, everything worked perfectly. Definitely recommend staying here for a relaxed vacation.

The home is quite comfortable with 3 bedrooms really and lacking a den which is the 4th mentioned bedroom. Pool area is the best aspect of the home. Bbq facilities and sitting areas outside on the deck were satisfactory. Inside sitting was limited in the living/tv area. And reading lighting was poor. Bedrooms quite functional. Overall a great place for the money at the time. House is dated, but comfortable. As for location, superb and accessible for everything we wanted to do.

The service is great, nothing is a problem, some-one always available should you need them. The home is clean & relaxing, it has all the qualities you would look for, regarding a comfortable place with the pool/area to retire to after a day out at the parks or shopping etc. The house is situated in a great location, ideal for getting to the beach or local area's. There are shops situated at the entrance to Westridge which you could walk to, or a short drive to other shops etc. I like best the pool area & peace/quiet of the location, always meet some great people whilst taking a walk around in the evenings.
