Fully equipped villa with stunning sea views, private pool, patio, balcony, garden and free fibre optic (300 mbs) WiFi Internet. All you need for a relaxing stay! The Villa Estrella del Mar is situated on higher ground in a development of attractive villas and bungalows. Its west-facing aspect ensures spectacular views of the setting sun over the sea. The villa has its own private gardens at the front and rear. There is a large patio with covered dining area and private pool on a lower level. On the first floor there is a large sun balcony with table and chairs, accessible from the master bedroom and landing. The villa is excellently equipped with modern furniture and the latest technology, including flat screen satellite TV and free WiFi Internet.

The welcome pack contains detailed directions and maps, as well as suggestions for car hire, which is strongly recommended. Buses are very infrequent and taxis can be expensive. Places of interest are marked in the welcome pack with hyperlinks to online maps. A handy shop, with fresh bread and all you need for most meals is within walking distance. There are restaurants in La Pared. Nearby Costa Calma has a wide variety os shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as the nearest petrol station.

“Perfectly placed in La Pared!”

If you want somewhere to chill out you can’t get better than La Pared. It’s small and perfectly formed with everything you need to let the world just pass you by. The villa is on the outskirts of this tranquil place, only 10 mins walk to the only cafe bar (Plan B - great name and amazing apfelkuchen!) and then another 5 minutes to a surfers paradise beach. And if you don’t want to surf you can of course just worship the sun - this is, after all, a place where the sun always shines. There’s also a restaurant nearby with quite a menu - haven’t tried it because we ate in on the terrace every evening (the kitchen is still fairly new and has everything you need to make eating in easy). The villa is well placed, breakfast in the sun out front every day, then the sun moves round to heat up the pool and back terrace - check out the website pics - they don’t lie, it is that lovely. Actually, the neighbours are lovely too - so friendly and welcoming! We spent a lot of time hiking or out and about on day trips and La Pared is well placed as a base, my wife runs in the area too and feels extremely safe. If this is the sort of holiday you’re after, the villa won’t disappoint - we may just be planning our next stay already ...
