Wharekaho View offers comfortable, fully furnished accommodation to guests wishing to stay for a short break or longer term, at any time throughout the year.

The variety of local activities and beaches are endless and visitors to New Zealand will especially enjoy all that Wharekaho View and the surrounding area has to offer.

Your hosts, Jill and Blake, have taken great pleasure in creating a tranquil retreat just for you, so you can enjoy a romantic getaway, a family holiday, or simply escape from hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Then you have found just the right place to stay!

Wharekaho View is a fully self-contained two bedroom apartment, providing comfortable accommodation for up to five guests.

The spacious lounge is bathed in sun and has access to a large private deck with the views beyond, creating an instantly relaxing holiday atmosphere.

A fully equipped kitchen will cater for everyone and an outdoor barbeque means you can enjoy alfresco dining on those warm summer evenings, within the privacy of your own garden, complete with a flat lawn area.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jane (the owner) a message.

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
