This classic oceanside beach house with central air conditioning is sure to exceed your expectations. It’s a great house for a family vacation, a group stay, or a romantic get-away. Relax in this comfortable, clean and well maintained spacious home. It features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a well equipped recently renovated kitchen, a bonus family/sunroom, an outdoor shower and much more.

Perfect location: 1-½ block to the beach, walking distance to several gift shops, boutiques, and cozy café style restaurant. Minutes to amusement parks, shops, entertainment. Less then 1 mile to various restaurants, ice cream shop, grocery store, and movie theater.

Wi-Fi high speed internet access is available to keep you connected with family, friends, and work (if you have to). The house also has all the bells and whistles to satisfy your entertainment needs like 5 TVs with cable service, a DVD player, a VCR and even a small library of books.

And when you think it can’t get any better... just walk out into the large private back yard. The nicely landscaped patio is a wonderful space to enjoy your meals outdoor. There’s a second picnic area if you need additional seating space or a separate area for the kids. The 2nd floor sundeck with partial bay view is a great place to relax, sun bathe, read a book, or unwind with an adult beverage of your choice.

Response from the owner Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are sorry to here you were "disappointed". We take pride in providing a clean and well maintained home for our guests and take their concerns seriously. The railing, clothesline, umbrella base and mattress concerns have been addressed and corrected. We've taken inventory of the flatware and glassware and although we feel 15 complete place settings are enough we have added an additional 5 sets plus some specialty glass. In addition to being able to be contacted via the TripAdvisor web site, we provide our guests with two contact telephone numbers and our direct email address. We are confident these items could have been addressed by our local property manager during your stay with little to no inconvenience. We express our sincere apology for any inconvenience during your stay and welcome the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
