Spacious 4 star apartment located in the heart of the old town of Sibenik, next to the Cathedral of St.. Jacob (protected by UNESCO). Part of the restored patrician houses built in the 17 th century in a Mediterranean style.

The apartment has retained the spirit of an old-fashioned, but it is also geared towards the 21 st century standards, with modern kitchen and bathroom facilities and air-conditioning (heating and cooling), washing machine, stove and oven, iron, TV and satellite,free internet.......

Across the apartment is a restaurant with excellent food and drinks.

The owner speaks English and German.

Pebble beach with view on the old town, is 10 minutes away on foot,there is also a free parking.

L'appartamento è vicino a tutti i monumenti della città e alla spiaggia. Difficile trovare parcheggio.L'unico appartamento con il balcone(VIP) che da sulla cattedrale.
