Description

Located on the tiny unspoilt Caribbean island of Nevis, Calamansi has panoramic views of the Caribbean and Atlantic oceans and Nevis peak, and is only a 5 minute drive away from beautiful white sandy beaches which are often deserted. It is located near Mount Nevis Hotel, on a small, quiet, private development. The property is on a half acre plot and has a private pool, 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, a screened verandah and a charcoal barbecue. All rooms have sea and mountain views and fly-screened windows. Wireless internet and cable tv are also provided.

Nevis has numerous historical sites to visit, and a hot spring, as well as many plantation inns and more informal places to eat. Nevis is famous for the friendliness of its people.

Getting around

A car is not absolutely necessary, particularly for short stays, as taxis are readily available and reasonably prices. However, to make the most of a longer stay I would recommend renting a four-wheel drive - this will enable you to explore places a bit off the beaten track, where roads can be challenging. My local manager will be happy to organise car hire,

House rules

Smoking is allowed in the verandah, on the deck and in the garden, but not inside the house. Pets aren't usually allowed, but it's worth asking me and I may consider with an extra cleaning charge.

How do damage deposits work?

If Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
