Located in the Skol building on Marbella promenade, this self catering corner penthouse is ideal for your holiday.

1 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bath, separate kitchen facing the sea, 2 terraces for sunbathing and al fresco dining, large living room with a sofá bed for relaxing whilst looking out at the sea and all this with views towards the Mediterranean, Africa, Gibraltar and Tangier from living area AND terraces.

The apartment has been recently refurbished with a modern touch, fully fitted and equipped, air con, Sky Tv.

Skol Building is an archifamous holiday spot in Marbella right in the town centre on the front line of the beach.

The public park is at the doorstep, as well as the promenade with its bars and restaurants, and the beach.

There are 3 community pools set in the tropical gardens, 2 wifi areas, 24 hour reception

“Ideal location for a holiday”

Great location with the beach and restaurants on your doorstep and just a short walk from the lovely old town of Marbella. Would be happy to return.

“Great place to stay”

The location and surrounding gardens of this apartment made our stay in marbella fantastic . Daniela was great to deal with and everything was exactly as shown . This apartment is cosy and bright and has everything you need . We'll be back .
