Our beautiful Moorish-style, 6-unit condo building is set on the hillside on a quiet cul-de-sac, located a short walk from the Malecon ocean boardwalk, beach, restaurants, art galleries, cafes and boutiques. Behind the gated entrance lies a lush oasis with spectacular views from the pool and rooftop deck of the bay, famous church and downtown Vallarta. Recently renovated and refurnished this bright and airy one-bedroom condo has its own private patio, LCD TV, Wi-Fi and laundry.

Excellent experience You will love the living space Superb facilities Great location in old town. Need to be fit to climb the steps to reach the condo but well worth the effort. Fabulous views. Walking distance to all that PV has to offer.

“First time in puerto vallarta”

My wife and I had a great 3 weeks in condo ibiza in puerto vallarta. We enjoyed our morning walks to a large variety of close-by restaurants for breakfasts. Indeed everything is within walking distance. We felt totally safe wlaking the streets even late at night. The condo itself is very nice looking with pool and large patio and great view! As much of PV is built partially on mountain slopes, the climb back to the condo in midday sun may be a bit too much for some.

I loved it! Everything is great about this place. The service, the location, the atmosphere, the terraces. Excellent choice if you are looking for a safe and quiet place that feels like home. The apartment is clean, cosy and very well equipped; everything you could possibly need to cook is available. Very suitable if you want to stay for a longer period. Perhaps not the best choice if you can't walk well, because the hill is rather steep.

A very cool hidden gem, well-located in downtown Vallarta. Welcome greeting and great service from "Eric", the caretaker; lush and peaceful poolside court, great views and sunbathing on the roof-top deck; cozy, tastfully-decorated and nicely-equipped condo unit. A short downhill jaunt to the Malecon and beach. Downtown P.V. is surprisingly pleasant, interesting, and genuinely Mexican - and that's quite a compliment, coming from an authentic-Mexico aficionado such as myself - not at all like the high-rise resort strip that blights most of Banderas Bay. The Malecon itself is a joy to stroll along, bejewelled with statuary, be it metal or human. All in all, a delight! Muchisimas gracias!

If you want to have the perfect comfort space and the convenience of old town Puerto Vallarta this condo is the perfect hideout for two. Off the beaten trail and up a few steep blocks from the ocean you get a quiet, clean, lush apartment with a wonderful pool and outdoor atrium. The view from the top balcony is spectacular, especially at sunset. A very quiet neighborhood but awesome restaurants are just two blocks away. The living space is comfortable and festive, the kitchen stocked for anyone inclined to cook. A very comfortable queen bed with a very good ceiling fan. The shower is great, you can do your own laundry and it feels just like home. Not to mention the on- site caretaker, Eric, and his wonderful family and cutest dog, that make you feel totally at home and help you out with any concerns you may have. This is a perfect place to visit, close to all the action of old town but a steep walk home. Not to worry, the taxi is cheap and well worth the pesos. Highly recommend.

I rented this property for 3 weeks and it was wonderful! Well appointed, centrally located only 3 blocks from the beach in the centro, accessed by a series of steps and cobblestone, it's a good way to get your heart rate up! The condo is part of a 6-plex in a beautifully landscaped property with pool and roof garden terrace. I especially enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop as well as entertaining by the pool. The place has everything you might need, including a washer and dryer, not to mention a hammock in the back patio on which to recline and relax. On site service by Eric and his family was superb, such lovely people! One thing I didn't consider was the close proximity of your neighbors in the complex, the pool and common areas are shared by all and because the weather is always warm, there are no windows so voices travel. The owner, Rob is very accommodating and I found him and his service most excellent!

Eric, the building manager was accommodating and most pleasant. The condo was clean, bright, modern and very commodious. The common areas of the pool and deck were a nice focal point for all the residents. The gardens/plants / fountain made the surroundings beautiful. There was a great view from the top deck above the 3rd level. The kitchen was well equipped for a small but very convenient cooking area. There was a nice back private patio to chillout and this also included a laundry facility. We enjoyed our stay very much and liked the daily climb up and down the hill as we enjoy hiking and keeping fit.

On arrival at the condo we were greeted in a very friendly and gracious manner and shown to our home for a week. The view from the terrace and pool area is spectacular, taking in the old town and the Pacific. Our accommodations were top drawer as far as comfort and amenities. The location gives a peaceful atmosphere with only minutes from the busy downtown where one can find great food and entertainment. Great location, great vacation. Many thanks...John and Kelly
