A PRESTIGIOUS DEVELOPMENT OF AFFORDABLE SPACIOUS EXECUTIVE-STYLE HOMES.

The Shire is a gated community surrounded by conservation in Davenport near Champions Gate. Our home here is a charming 5-bedroom 4 bathroom detached villa with Private Pool and Spa.

As you can see from the photographs the home has been furnished in a classic elegant time honoured style offering you a very comfortable home from home.

There are 2 lounges, the first is situated at the front of the home and offers a great quite area for you to relax after a day in the parks, read a book or plan the activities for the next day.

The Family Room is situated at the rear of the home and includes a Large Flat Screen TV with a generous corner seating unit and chair, an ideal place for the family to unwind after a long day in the parks and perhaps catch a ball game.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and can cater for all your needs, from a light lunch or quick breakfast which can be taken at the cosy nook which overlooks the pool so you can keep an eye on the younger guests.

The Dining Area is beautifully designed and is perfect for more formal meals where you can gather and catch up on the day’s events.

This home now has the added benefit of a Games Room.

ALL OUR HOMES HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES INCLUDING A WASHER AND DRYER FREE WIFI AND CABLE TV PLUS FREE US AND CANADA CALLS.

The bedrooms continue the classical design of the home and will be perfect for you and your guests to enjoy some privacy to watch a film, read a book and simply relax and unwind before joining the rest of your party for dinner.

Bedroom 1 Is a King Suite that is relaxing and spacious, with an Ensuite and Flat Screen TV.

Bedroom 2 Is another King Suite that is charmingly furnished and enjoys an Ensuite with a Flat Screen TV.

Bedroom 3 Is a Queen Suite that is situated on the ground floor, with Ensuite facilities and a Flat Screen Television and is ideal for any members of your party that may have difficulty with stairs.

Bedroom 4 Is a twin-bedded room with a charming décor and includes a Flat Screen TV and bathroom next door.

Bedroom 5 Is another twin-bedded room with a Flat Screen TV and bathroom next door. Both these rooms would be ideal for siblings or friends to share

The outside of the home enjoys an extended deck area with a 30ft pool and spa and is the perfect place to enjoy the day in the Florida sunshine with a good book while watching the children play in the pool. There is a covered Lanai area that includes a table and chairs, ideal for a lazy breakfast or to dine alfresco after a day in the parks.

It’s also a lovely place to enjoy the conservation view from the pool deck with a glass of something cold and refreshing each evening as the sun goes down.
