This Crescent Lakes beauty is ideally located in the heart of Florida minutes to Disney World's Theme Parks; Downtown Disney and Premium Outlet Malls. A left on Poinciana Blvd leads to most highways. Mins to US #192 and US #535. This home sleeps 6 people comfortably and is ideal for families and couples alike. Covered outdoor Patio (Lanai) and screened private outdoor SOLAR HEATED POOL for total comfort and privacy. Extra cost for pool heated by gas heater, if needed. Outdoor Dining table and chairs for Alfresco dining. Outdoor rocking chairs and Loungers for your added enjoyment. Retention Lake circles around properties in this quiet subdivision creating a very tranquil atmosphere. Quality, white bed linens, and towels (face, hand, bath and pool towels). Goosedown Duvets for both King beds. All Pillow and all mattresses have protective covers for my more hygiene conscious guests. Handheld BIDET in enclosed /private Master Ensuite toilet area. SPEAKMAN Shower heads used in top hotels. Iron and Ironing board provided. Fully equipped kitchen. Your very own Games room with Air Hockey; Foosball. Pool table. Unlimited WiFi, Cable, and all North American phone calls included. TV's in all bedrooms plus a 55'' Samsung Smart flat screen TV in Living room. Safe neighborhood, however, we do have, Included in our community service, a 24 hours drive by security vehicle servicing the area, which is parked by the entrance of Crescent Lakes. Exterior SECURITY CAMERAS surveillance, more for owner playback if required for monitoring maintenance and upkeep of exterior. Walk to park, Outdoor Tennis Court, and Basketball court. Never a dull moment here!!

House rules
Guests are responsible to leave Villa in a tidy state.Used towels to be placed in the laundry area. All unwashed dishes to be placed in the dishwasher. All Garbage to be placed in bags and leave in the black garbage bin/bins by the side of the Villa (no loose garbage). All recyclables (plastic and glass bottles), cardboard boxes, paper and plastic items. Thank you!

Response from the owner Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of guest"s unfair reviews! Our Villa is presented exceptionally well, we go the extra mile to upgrade more than is required and yet, not once was any positive remarks given for the well appointed home we present. It's shocking to hear this most negative review. My 5 stsr rating on Airbnb of the guests before and after her can prove how untrue what she is saying is. Susanne got there and said the house was dusty. I immediately called my cleaner ro visit the house that same day. Her and her partner did everything Susanne asked except to scrub the baseboards, which was one of her requests.. My cleaner has been with me for 10 plus years with great feedbacks from guests, Susanne complained about the most unreasonable things. I provide 4 wine glasses among 6 each of other juice and drinking glasses and 6 beer glasses, yet she said we do not provide sufficient glasses. Please read my other guest's reviews to make your own judgements. Thank you.
