If you're looking to spend your holiday in unspoiled nature, to ride a bicycle, to walk along the forest trails, to explore Velebit's peaks, sinkholes, caves and other particular characteristics of this region of exceptional beauty, then you've come to the right place!
Wooden house with an area of 110 m2, with an outer shell of spruce, insulated with mineral wool, internal walls and flooring of larch-wood, all protected with natural oils and wax, built at a location unaffected by negative radiation from underground waters, offers excellent comfort for 6-9 individuals (3 additional beds, 2 in rooms, 1 in the living room).
Ground floor with living room, dining room and kitchen, hallway area with shower, WC, storage room and wooden porch. Loft with 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed, 1 with two separate beds + 2 additional beds), bathroom with hydromassage bath, balcony.

“a beautifully located very comfortable property in glorious unspoilt countryside”

Located in a rural setting with small farms in the surrounding area, the timber built house is very comfortably furnished with a delightful outlook across the valley. The nearest farm can supply yoghurt, milk, cheese and meat if you want it at very reasonable prices - the family are lovely friendly folk and we wish we could speak croatian. The nearest town is Gospic 7 kilometres away with supermarkets and restaurants. The surrounding countryside is beautifully unspoilt with a variety of flora and fauna. Well located for visits to Plitvicka lakes. Zoran the owner is friendly and helpful. He made us very welcome. We really enjoyed our week there.
