It is all about the fabulous waterfront location, the ebb and flow of the tides, the natural wildlife, and the privacy of the land, combined with a comfortable savvy home. What a way to enjoy Historic Charleston, the Beaches and the marshes! The location can't be beat, as is evidenced by the the area. This is an old historic neighborhood that welcomes all levels of income and ethnicity. Sip coffee on the wrap porches, have a glass of wine on the private dock. **Please read and be aware** The Owners do live in their own full lovely Private Apartment built over the garage. Both portions of this large house have separate “everything". You are fully informed in advance of booking. We give you as much privacy as possible. You may hear our Pomeranian and Yorkie dogs yapping from a distance or see our Manx Cat. You may see us come and go. We don’t interact unless you want our attention.
DOGGIE POLICY: Your housebroken crate trained friendly dog may be accepted with an additional flate fee of $200 per doggie. Doggie must be crated if ever left in home without humans. No cats are accepted. No puppies are accepted.
