This immaculately built four bedroom vacation rental homes and villas is located neighborhood of Baastonaa,, off the Spintex Road in Accra, Ghana. The layout was carefully designed to provide maximum security and privacy. This vacation rental homes and villas has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It features two large master bedrooms both en- suite, and two spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.

All rooms are furnished in this vacation rental homes and villas and it is exquisitely designed with beautiful ceramic floor tiles. This get-aways vacation villas is fully air-conditioned, and all rooms have flat screen television sets, ceiling fans,and cable television, ( Multi Channel TV) Spacious and luxurious living room, dining room, and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen including appliances like microwave, blender, cooker, coffee maker, cooking utensils, plates, washing machine etc. Villa 1 shares the same premises with villa 2

Sun control reflective glazing windows designed to reduce heat transmission through the window pane. Although the villa is fully air conditioned this can have a dramatic impact in regards to the comfort of the guest.

FACILITIES

Available at the Villa is a Broadband Wireless (Wi-Fi) which can be used with your own Laptop.Guests using their own Laptop, there is a daily charge of $5 for unlimited use of the internet. . Specify in writing if you require INTERNET access.

There is a back up generator to ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity as well as 3000 to 4000 gallons back up water reservoir.

While we do everything to make our customers comfortable during power outages by providing backup generators, the guest/guests will be responsible to fill up the generator with fuel when the power goes out. The generator will come with a full tank of fuel upon check in. Thereafter it will be the guest/guests prerogative to fill the generator up with fuel as he/she requires.

We provide 24 hr. security.

Daily maid cleaning services are provided. A chef is also available for $20.00 per day. We provide airport pickup services

Response from the owner The the Classy Ghana Villa is located at Community 18, a suburb of Baastonaa off the Spintex Road. The location on the map was a technical error which I've since corrected. It is very close to the Tema Motorway( free way) which makes the location of this property very unique in the sense that you can access the villa via the Tema Motorway from the Accra Mall which takes about 15 minutes and also from the Airport which takes about 25minutes. Staying at this villa spares you the hustle and bustle of the traffic congestion on the Spintex Road by using the Tema Motorway to downtown and literally to any other places you may want to visit.The Tema Motorway ( free way) connects to all other towns and cities. Any customer desiring to make use of the Internet must inquire at the time of booking. It's not an open Wi-Fi, therefore you need to ask to be connected. We provide 24/7 security services at the property and all my staff are very responsive and helpful to all our customers. We are committed to providing good customer service as well as superior guest services to all our patrons
