Security gate entrance to this exclusive neighborhood known as Sunbury. Walk one block to Glenview Golf and Country Club for meals, drinks and entertainment. Golf, driving range, pool, recreation center, tennis all a very short walk from front door. Two town squares are easy 10-15 minute cart rides. This is an ACTIVE 55+ adult Golf Cart community with over 300 activities to keep you busy and entertained. House rules

This is a 55 + community. Adults over 30 & Children are welcome as short term renters of a week or less.
No Smoking or Pets. Clean and neat all things put away when departing.
Garbage to curb on pick up days. Wash towels night before leaving so only bedding and morning towels are left for cleaners. Run dishwasher morning of departure and cleaners will put them away.

Response from the owner Renter was happy with the home until 6 weeks after moving in, I accidently became aware of an animal residing in the home (no pet policy). Without consulting me, renter brought in an animal that left the house a total mess. Home had to be completely professionally cleaned, upholstery, carpet, vents. Over 36 hours of cleaning and 15 loads of wash to return the home to its original condition. He left the home full of dirty cat litter, bas of cat hair, damaged furniture fluid stains on all upholstery and a large human waste stain rendering the item unusable and had to be thrown out. Toilets were left in the filthiest condition with unflushed material in the bowls when arrived to clean. He left the home unlocked, windows and doors. All of the clean up had to take place Easter weekend so it was a scramble to have the home prepared for the next renter on Easter Sunday. Luckily, we got it done and the next renter were marvelous and just contacted me to return again next year. Currently, I have two couples scheduled in May who are also returning for a second time as they love the home and the attention they receive to ensure a CLEAN home in a great location.

Wonderful location to relax, play golf, tennis or swim steps away. Bike for miles and miles on bike paths & and come back to the best view in The Villages. We are lucky repeat renters here!

How do damage deposits work?
