Residential Area of Koh Samui A prime Beach Front location in the center of Bang Por looking out towards Koh Phangan, The property stands in landscaped grounds providing both privacy and security.

The Main living area comprises a small living room and dining area with direct access to a covered patio/barbecue area, garden and Beach. Main living area and bedrooms overlook the sea. The bedrooms have both a ceiling and stand-up fans and air conditioning

Fully furnished, including linen, towels, cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses, toiletries.

The beach is picturesque with views of Koh Phangan and other islands, a beautiful white sandy beach with safe swimming waters.

Come spend your vacation in our special luxury beach front Villa on the Sea in Koh Samui, Thailand.
The sky is vast and the Sunsets and the Sun Rises are unbelievable. You have to be here to really appreciate what this place is like, so take this opportunity to be in Paradise. You will never regret it.

This is a very private 4 bedroom “2 bath” modern luxury villa on the beach, with all the
comforts of home. Two of these bedrooms are master bedrooms with one having an ensuite bath. The house will sleep up to 7 persons. There is a bassinette and high chair also available if needed. Maid service is provided twice a week.

The Villa has a wonderful private garden on the beach. You can walk up and down the beach (or run), that is more than 3 kilometers long. Walking on this beach especially at night is unbelievable…the stars, the moon, the clouds, even occasionally lightning. And there are cool breezes, on most days.

There is a Sala(Bamboo Hut) practically on the sand to have drinks and meals, with power for your computer. There is free Wi-Fi in the Villa.

There is a wonderful Thai Seafood Restaurant 50 meters up the beach serving three meals a day or you can cook your meals in a completly equipped western kitchen including an oven and microwave oven. It even has a dishwasher.

Lie on an air mattress in the water, or lie on lounges provided and enjoy the sun, you will need suntan lotion.

Just bring your personal items, almost everything else you will need is provided with this Villa.
