Description
Stunning location. Easy walk to village centre and lifts. No steep slopes to access ski lifts, bars, shops restaurants and banks.
The apartment is on the 3rd and 4th floor offering uninterrupted views of the mountains, with large windows and a mountain facing balcony with table and seating. Two double bedrooms very nicely appointed, both fully furnished and with double beds.
Large lounge, well appointed with big sofa, comfy chair and footstool, with dining table and chairs. Large balcony off the main bedroom with stunning mountain views.
Luxury new bathroom (corner bath, shower, bidet and toilet), and well appointed new kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine etc..
Upstairs is a rustic, beamed attic room. This is divided into two conjoined bedrooms (doorway between) with 2 single beds in each and a separate toilet and basin.
In the basement is a secure garage with one large parking space big enough to park a 4x4, and a ski locker if you wish to use.

Free WIFI in apartment, TV, DVD, CD, tape, radio and Video player are available. We currently have a handful of DVDs and videos to view. I suggest you take some of your own, we also we have a small selection of books to chose from. Large digital flat screen TV inc BBC services are available. PlayStation games console is also available to use. WiFi in apartment plus recently all mountain lift stations, bars, respite areas, cafes, restaurants, ski school lodges and some pistes now provide free WIFI hotspots. Plus most bars and other village hotels offer WiFi, password protected but easy to obtain,

Apartment is directly in front of Piolets Park Hotel and Spa.
This 4* Spa hotel has an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, large Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, fitness room, massage and beauty treatments. The facilities are open to non residents for a daily fee or better value for a whole week.Even greater luxury with the 5 start Sport Hermitage hotel and spa. about 200m away. This recently built hotel offers the ultimate in Spa facilities. Not cheap but one of the best spa centres in the whole of Europe. Indulge and relax.
Night life close by but not too loud. Kids welcome everywhere. Piolets Park also have family entertainment during ski season. Take advantage of the free facilities and entertainment which is great for families.100mtrs to nearby mini supermarkets. with a mix of basic offerings and some local specialities. You will pass the shops daily on way to and from gondola, thus easy to stock up. A couple of similar shops in the village providing fresh, local and imported produce. Alcohol and tobacco products are really cheap as Andorra is a true duty free country. Currency is Euros. Languages spoken are Spanish, French, Catalan and English.
Soldeu is predominantly full of Hotels. Thus the facilities are provided for holidaying and every shop, bar, restaurant, night club and cafe do speak English well. Skiing with over 200kms of very well groomed pistes provides one of Europe's largest and safest ski regions from your single lift pass. Masses of variety of terrain and of course the more adventurous can ski to neighbouring resorts to try different atmospheres.
