Apartment Anna is an apartment in a large spacious house in the Austrian village of Uttendorf which lies on the valley floor between Zell am See and Mittersill (Pass Thurn). It is an ideal property for families wanting to be near a wide selection of ski slopes in the winter- including Kitzsteinhorn Glacier Kaprun, Zell am See, Saalbach Hinterglemm, Kitzbühel, Uttendorf Weissee Glacier, Wild Kogel with the worlds longest natural toboggan ride (14km). For summer holidays it is also a perfect base to discover the walks that start from the chalet door and beyond and as it lies directly on the Hohe Tauern Rad Weg (cycle route which is the 2nd most popular cycle route in Austria, there are many opportunities for bike rides around the area and beyond. The 2 bedroom apartment has a separate kitchen diner, a large south facing garden and a very spacious hall way with marble floor and handmade wrought iron bannister. The 2 bedrooms are each 28 sq m large, so are generous in size.
Locally, guests can visit Europes tallest waterfalls at Krimml, visit various museums, mountains, lakes for swimming in the summer, enjoy a drink or two in street cafes, visit music events, watch the traditional farmers/harvest festivals in the autumn when the cows are brought down from the alms or buy a pair of traditional lederhosen.
