Broadway court has 70 bachelor and one bedroom units, fully furnished and serviced. We are located in New Manila, Quezon City, 10 min. to Greenhills shopping center, SM shopping malls, one block to Gilmore LRT station and Gilmore IT center, St. Pauls University, front of Mt. Carmel Church, 7 minutes from St. Lukes Hospital, 20 min. to Makati financial district and shopping malls, 35 min. to NAIA - Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

Airport pick up - we offer free airport pick up for guests renting on monthly basis.

We also have an airport pick up service at P700/first pax, P100/each additional pax. If you wish to avail of this service, we would need your airline, flight no., day and time of arrival for us to process. We do not pick up any passengers without this info.

BC policy - we will hold your room reservation until 600pm Manila local time on the day of scheduled arrival unless you advise us of your late arrival time or have prepaid for your unit as a guarantee. Otherwise, we will release your room.

How do damage deposits work?
