OYSTER POND AT CHATHAM consists of 32 privately owned townhomes set on 17.5 acres on beautiful Oyster Pond in Chatham, Cape Cod, Massachussetts.
Incredible four bedroom, five and a half bathroom double end townhouse with gorgeous direct water views of Oyster Pond. Townhomes 31 and 32 are rented together and connect on both first and second floors. Beautifully decorated with charming interior decor. Great for one large family or two families. Ideal for eight people but can sleep 16 when using lofts with twin beds and den with sleeper sofa.
Features two well-appointed master bedrooms, each with king beds. One has a spacious master balcony with a spectacular water view. The two additional bedrooms each have two full beds and private baths. Two of the bedrooms have amazing lofts that can sleep additional people (children love it!). Also boasts two fully-equipped kitchens. One living room has TV/VHS/DVD, the other faces water views.
Multiple windows overlook beautiful Oyster Pond on the ground floor and open to a large wrap-around brick patio, complete with expansive water views, a great gas barbeque grill, chaise lounges, tables, and plenty of chairs. Perfect for eating/entertaining outdoors.
Two convenient washer/dryers – one in each unit. The townhomes are comfortable year-round with central air conditioning and heating.
Amenities include: Heated swimming pool, tennis; shuffleboard, patios, fully appointed kitchens, washer & dryer, gas grill, cable TV, full central air conditioning and heating, wireless internet, and more.
