First floor, easy access in and out (no stairs) perfect for small children and Seniors
Condo located on Hilton Head Island (Fiddler's Cove)

Room 1 Queen Bed, dresser, closet with bathroom & flat screen TV and cable.
Room 2: (2) twin beds, dresser and bathroom, closet, flat screen TV and Playstation with games.
Internet Connection so bring your laptop to stay connected to friends, family and work.
Extra twin pull out bed and inflatable queen bed.s

Kitchen features include: Table & chairs, refrigerator, microwave, stove, all cooking and eating utensils, Keurig Coffee Maker as well as regular coffee brewer. Small washer and dryer.
Unlimited sheets, blankets and towels.

Beach equipment includes, several beach chairs, regular & some with canopy and beach umbrella attached, tilting beach umbrella for shade, beach towels, mats, blankets, two coolers and two beach buggies so you don't have to carry your gear to the beach. Tennis rackets available

Living room has comfortable white couch with rocking chair and large flat screen TV. Books, games, radio and cd player for your favorite tunes. Beige recliner to relax

Located in gated community. Access to (2) adult pools and (1) children's pool in complex. Tennis courts available for booking. My condo is accessible to all major roads, restaurants and activities.
Zip-lining, fishing, dolphin watching, biking and best restaurants you will ever experience are within minutes. Savannah, Georgia is a half hour away and offers trolley rides and tours. Hospital, post office and banks easily accessed. Fast food restaurants, buffets, Target, Wal-Mart stores are local.

Shopping: Tanger Outlet #1 Tanger Oulet #2 include all major shopping stores at discounted rates.

My condo has all the comforts of home. Given the location and ambience Hilton Head offers, you will never want to leave. Hilton Head is perfect escape for couples, families and perfect for anyone who wants to get away for rest and relaxation or to simply have fun!!!

My condo is owner managed, and available for questions or concerns. For your convenience, maps, books on things to do, restaurants and emergency medical numbers provided.
Rentals are restricted to over 21 only.

Take advantage of my winter rates November thru end of February. (3 day minimum) Stay all month for 750.00 which includes all utilities and Internet and WiFi.
Stay the week for 200.00, or just a quick 3 day getaway.

Check in is 4pm Checkout is 1030am. If you are a repeat guest, I offer a free night when you come back.

House rules

Fiddler's Cove mandates all guests be over 21. Strict adherence to guidelines of no excessive noise and drinking will be enforced. One warning will be issued. Violation will result in forfeiture of all monies paid and requirement to leave immediately.
Guests will be responsible for any damages or missing items. Inventory is taken when you leave. If damages or theft is under 150.00 security deposit will not be returned. If damage or theft exceeds 150.00, your credit card will be charged.
