Eco Tower 25m2 studio rustic apartment, set at the eco village Finca De Arrieta, offering 360º views to the beach & mountains. The Tower is perfect for a couple who like to be near the beach & have easy access to local restaurants & the nearby fishing village. Great location to get away from it all & enjoy Finca De Arrieta facilities, such as solar heated pool, mature gardens, collecting eggs from the hen house, honesty shop and 7 days a week staffed info hut.

This stunning converted windmill is perfect for 2 guests, it offers green living for your holiday in a fabulous setting and great views. Finca De Arrieta eco village is powered by solar power / wind energy and is a perfect way to experience "Off Grid" living with out giving up home comforts

Sympathetically restored, the contemporary, spacious interior offers ideal self-catering accommodation.

The Eco Tower is on the 1st floor and has a spacious bedroom area and en suite shower room which comfortably sleeps two adults. Tastefully styled, the use of wood, glass and local stone has created a light and airy feel. The sleeping area has a king-size double bed (180 cm wide) and marble floors and for convenience tea and coffee-making facilities. The Eco Tower also has shared use of a fully equipped kitchen which is in the communal area by the pool. There is a table and chairs on the balcony from where you can enjoy the spectacular sea and mountain views.

The Eco Tower holiday home ideally suited to honeymoon couples or any romantic break.

We recommend you rent a car as there is so much to explore on the island (we can organise this car hire for you). There is also a bus stop just outside Finca De Arrieta but the bus service is just 2 buses passing through a day.

Trabajamos muy duro para que nuestros clientes estén satisfechos, desde la reserva hasta el último día de sus vacaciones. Creo que hubo algún tipo de malentendido al estar nuestra página web sólo en inglés, pero se dice claramente que la cocina está situada cerca de Eco Tower y hay carteles que indican que la nevera y la cocina son de uso privado para Eco Tower, hecho que todos nuestros húespedes generalmente respetan. En la Finca de Arrieta hay recepción con personal que habla inglés y español, si hubiéramos conocido este problema durante su estancia, lo podríamos haber solucionado al mismo momento, como siempre hacemos con todos los problemas, dudas o sugerencias de nuestros clientes. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
