Beautiful Penthouse with sunny, south facing, terrace. Ideal for families, golfers, groups of friends and couples. Relax on the large sun terrace with private jacuzzi, explore the area eating at beautiful restaurants and enjoy the pool and beaches.
This beautiful penthouse has 3 bedrooms, 1 with en suite bathroom and patio doors leading directly to the superb terrace. The penthouse also has a lounge/dining room and a kitchen. From the living room, there are large French doors onto the spacious terrace with incredible views of the sea. The terrace offers a BBQ, a dining table and chairs, sun loungers and a private Jacuzzi! There's also a beautiful communal swimming pool in the gardens of urbanization with a breathtaking view of the sea. The penthouse offers secure private parking, wifi internet and a lift to facilitate the access to the penthouse. The building is composed of only 4 floors and is very exclusive. This apartment offers an excellent situation to relax or enjoy all the facilities of Calahonda, Mijas,Costa del Sol. There is a wide selection of golf courses very close. The city of Marbella is located only a 15-minute drive from Calahonda,Mijas. Calahonda is a perfect base to explore the Costa del Sol. Gibraltar is only 50 minutes by car. The apartment is also close to towns like Fuengirola, Benalmádena and Estepona. Everything is available from Calahonda including fantastic beaches with all the water sports and activities that you can imagine, theme parks including the Sealife in Benalmádena centre and many other attractions. It is ideal for a holiday with family, due to its peaceful location
Please note, in accordance with Spanish health and safety recommendations the jacuzzi will reach a maximum temperature of 33/34 degrees. It is not possible to have the jacuzzi at a higher temperature than this, for motives of health and safety for all our client

It is possible to rent the apartment monthly from November to the end of March.

“Wonderful penthouse with breath taking views”
Myself and my husband have just returned from this Penthouse in Calahonda hills, on arrival we were delighted with how clean and how much space there was, then we saw the view which was perfect to enjoy from the hot tub, which again was spotlessly clean. The Penthouse is well equipped with plenty of utilities and the dishwasher is a nice touch on holiday. We hired a car from Malaga Airport which I would say is handy as we wanted to visit other parts of the coast, but do not let that stop you booking this place as a taxi to the beach and shops only cost 8 euro. I can not thank Isabelle enough for her professional and helpful assistance with booking etc., we were so impressed with this Penthouse we have already booked for next year.
